Hibiscus Legal represents sellers in M&A transactions. Our philosophy is “Close the deal and protect the seller for a flat fee.”

  1. Close the deal. The M&A process is mentally and emotionally demanding for sellers. Additionally, sellers receive life-changing wealth when the deal closes. As a result, sellers do not want their attorney to delay the closing for immaterial reasons. We focus on material issues to close the deal as quickly as possible.
  2. Protect the seller. We implement strategies designed to mitigate risk, protect your wealth, and facilitate a smooth exit process.
  3. Flat fee. In our M&A transactions, we offer a straightforward pricing model based on a flat fee relative to the purchase price. Upon initiating the engagement for M&A transactions, we invoice 50% of the flat fee upfront. The remaining 50% is due at the closing of the deal. Importantly, if the M&A transaction does not close, you are not obligated to pay the second half of the flat fee. This structure ensures that our interests align with yours throughout the M&A process.
