Hibiscus Legal provides fractional general counsel services to your business for a flat monthly fee (e.g., $2,000). You can cancel anytime. The goal is to create a strategic legal partnership to fuel your growth and provide cost-effective value. We handle all of your legal work (excluding litigation) for a flat monthly fee. While we don’t litigate matters in court, we handle the legal work leading up to litigation (e.g., analyze strength of position, settlement offers, etc.) and manage outside litigation counsel. Our clients rely on us to provide solutions that can only come from a former general counsel.
