Fractional General Counsel
Hibiscus Legal provides fractional general counsel services to your business for a flat monthly fee (e.g., $2,000). You can cancel anytime. The goal is to create a strategic legal partnership to fuel your growth and provide cost-effective value. We handle all of your legal work (excluding litigation). While we don’t litigate matters in court, we handle the legal work leading up to litigation (e.g., analyze strength of position, settlement offers, etc.) and manage outside litigation counsel.
Sell-Side M&A
Hibiscus Legal represents sellers in M&A transactions. Our philosophy is “Close the deal and protect the seller for a flat fee.”
- Close the deal. The M&A process is mentally and emotionally demanding for sellers. Additionally, sellers receive life-changing wealth when the deal closes. As a result, sellers do not want their attorney to delay the closing for immaterial reasons. We focus on material issues to close the deal as quickly as possible.
- Protect the seller. We implement strategies designed to mitigate risk, protect your wealth, and facilitate a smooth exit process.
- Flat fee. In our M&A transactions, we offer a straightforward pricing model based on a flat fee relative to the purchase price. This pricing model ensures that our interests align with yours throughout the M&A process.
